NICOLE COBB
Manager, Rick’s Chophouse

Nicole was born and raised in Michigan before relocating to Texas in 2012. She brings over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. The majority of her career was spent with The Hartnett Group in Grapevine, where she contributed to the success of well-known concepts including Winewood Grill, Bob’s Steak and Chophouse, Mi Dia From Scratch, and Flips Patio Grill. Her work focused on operational growth, staff development, and administrative leadership.

In 2024, Nicole joined Larks Entertainment, where she oversaw operations, restaurant development, and team development across the organization.

Nicole resides in Celina with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys interior decorating, gardening, spending quality time with family, and supporting her children in their various sports activities. up.
